I've tried other DBT apps and none of them come close to this one. It's a real life saver... literally!

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills are essential for individuals living in our interconnected world, not just for those with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). While these skills are not necessary for everyone, they can benefit anyone.
